So what does this awesome piece of fun cost?

The basic rental of TheSnapBox is € 600,00.

Ok, so what do we get for that price?

Delivery of TheSnapBox up to 50km from Gent, an operator, a custom layout for your event, 4 hours of fun! And free15x10cm prints to prove it, use of a box of attributes, all your photos on DVD. In other words, 200 guests at your event? That’s just € 3,00/guest and they get something to take home and remind them of the fun they had!

Ok, so what’s not included?

We do have to charge a supplement for delivery further than 50km from Gent. This is € 0.50/km. You can also order a complete set of duplicate prints for just € 200,00.

Hmm, 4 hours, but our event is 6 hours..

No problem, just book an extra time block! Just € 100,00/ hour extra.

How much space does TheSnapBox need?

Due to its open and portable nature TheSnapBox doesn’t need as much space as a traditional closed photo booth. Ideally TheSnapBox is placed against a wall. It’s so versatile it can even be used in a private house.

How far will you deliver?

We deliver totally free within 50km of Gent. Further is no problem at all but we have to charge a small extra for transport.

What’s needed?

TheSnapBox just needs a nearby single 220v power socket.

Can you include corporate or personal branding?

Most certainly! Included in every rental is a unique photo layout. We leave space along one edge for your logo or personal message. Everyone who takes home a photo takes home a custom reminder of your event. We can even supply the layout template in .PSD format for those who want to design their own print! layouts explained

Do guests have to pay to use TheSnapBox?

Not at all, the rental cost covers anyone using it at the event, plus all of the prints. Guests just get the pleasure of using it and taking a photo home.

What if there are 2 people on the photo, who gets the print?

Both people do! The operator has the ability to remotely command TheSnapBox to print more than one print for each session. So if there are 4 people on the photo and they each want a print, they’ll get one.

Who switches on and looks after TheSnapBox?

TheSnapBox is set up and looked after by an operator for the full rental duration. Even though everything is fully automated, some guests will need assistance.

Do we get a copy of the photos?

Of course! That’s part of the fun. All the photos taken are saved internally in high resolution. That way the host can totally enjoy the reactions of the guests after the event. All the photos are supplied on DVD in high and low resolution, the low resolution photos are optimised to be e-mailed to friends or shared on social networks.
